I have only had EXCELLENT treatment with Diversified Hearing!! Any problem I have had with my hearing aids and/or accessories have been quickly solved. Recently my Thrive TV device’s icon disappeared from my cell phone. This had happened once before and we called the Thrive hotline and it was fixed immediately. This time, we called Thrive and their tech tried to fix it and after over half an hour told us that we should call our audiologist. HUH??? A Thrive tech could NOT fix a Thrive issue???!!! We called Diversified Hearing and talked to Carrie……she politely and promptly fixed this issue!! Diversified Hearing has the BEST audiologists! Everyone we have dealt with has been more than accommodating, calm, polite and prompt in any situation! Thank you, Carrie!!!!!
