Today was my first appointment at Diversified Hearing for a hearing test and hearing aid check up and it was a great experience. I was fortunate in having Dr. Christine Schultz as the attending audiology physician.I was so very impressed with her. She was very thorough in explaining how the test would proceed. She was very patient and kind and would go over things with you again if you weren’t sure of something. She made you feel at ease. It was a pleasureable appointment for me. She was great.
As I said above I was very impressed with her and look forward to my next appointment.
Also I would like to mention how nice the receptionist was. All in all, it was a nice experience for me and I would recommend Diversified Hearing to anyone needing this type of service.
